Designed the 3rd anniversary graphics for Daniel's Law NY Coalition in honor of Daniel Prude and developed the Narrative Social Media Toolkit for the campaign.

Served as an Outreach Consultant for national organizational partners, supporting marginalized groups in workshops, and developed a report and promotional communication that advanced the Family Voices Amplified 2 Project.
EQUAL RIGHTS ADVOCATES

Participated as a panelist for NYPAN’s The Big Payback screening, which engaged over 100 attendees in a post-screening discussion speaking on the importance of Reparations.

Led communications and policy department for a Black-led nonprofit, strengthening its public presence, funding capacity, and policy agenda through strategic storytelling, grant development, and program leadership.
BLACK-LED NONPROFIT

Supported the NYS Breathe Act statewide community safety survey by participating in coalition planning, leading survey distribution, and digital advocacy that secured 500 respondents in under two weeks. Provided data analysis and reporting to inform legislative strategy and public engagement.
BLACK FREEDOM PROJECT
Served as a panelist to discuss how to identify and address tone policing in the workplace, examine its impact on psychological safety, particularly for marginalized people, and share practical strategies for intervening and fostering more inclusive, respectful work environments.
